A puma looking at you with two turquoise eyes, the face painted in peach, tan and lilac with the dark lines round the muzzle and the white chin, and the body dissolving into pink, orange and blue washes that run down in drips. Splatter of violet around it. It is a portrait format. The puma, cougar and mountain lion are the same cat; it sits well with the Amur leopard and the snow leopard.
Why it is a limited edition
Each print is made in an edition of 150, and I sign and number every copy in pencil under the image. The edition is small so that every copy can be made properly: the file is scanned from the painting itself, printed on museum-quality cotton paper with archival pigment inks, compared with the original in daylight and corrected until the colours match, and only then signed. When the last copy is sold, the edition closes for good.
Paper, inks and sizes
- Archival pigment inks on acid-free, museum-quality watercolor paper, so the texture of the original is kept
- Framed canvas options in a black wooden frame, ready to hang
- 15 sizes, from 8 x 10 in (20 x 26 cm) to 40 x 55 in (100 x 140 cm)
- Small sizes ship flat in rigid cardboard, large sizes rolled in a hard tube, worldwide with tracking
The frame is not included unless the option says Framed Canvas. Not sure which size fits your wall? Write to me with the width of the furniture under it and I will suggest one. Reproduction rights remain with the artist.

Very beautiful artwork! Colors and material are nice! It runs very small tough, I usually wear medium for a tighter fit or large for a more comfy fit, and I order an XL just to make sure, but it fit tight like a medium I would say. Just be sure to size up! And be careful, 100% cotton, so no tumble dry ‘cause it will shrink 😉
