A fennec fox is mostly ears, so they take up half the painting: two tall triangles in turquoise and orange with the light showing through them. The face below is pale, with the dark eyes and black nose as the only hard marks, and the body dissolves into orange, lemon and violet splashes and drips. It is a portrait format and one of my most reviewed foxes. The red fox is the other one people choose.
Each print is made in an edition of 150, and I sign and number every copy in pencil under the image. The edition is small so that every copy can be made properly: the file is scanned from the painting itself, printed on museum-quality cotton paper with archival pigment inks, compared with the original in daylight and corrected until the colours match, and only then signed. When the last copy is sold, the edition closes for good.
The frame is not included unless the option says Framed Canvas. Not sure which size fits your wall? Write to me with the width of the furniture under it and I will suggest one. Reproduction rights remain with the artist.
