Price range: 34,00 € through 1500,00 €
A wolf head-on, painted in turquoise and cobalt with gold and peach on the ears and cheeks, and the whole lower half running off the sheet in long blue, lilac and orange drips. The eyes are amber, the nose black. The fur on the ears and crown is drawn in fine ink lines over the wash. It is a portrait format and one of my most reviewed wolves; the coloured wolf, the grey wolf and the arctic wolf are the others.
Each print is made in an edition of 150, and I sign and number every copy in pencil under the image. The edition is small so that every copy can be made properly: the file is scanned from the painting itself, printed on museum-quality cotton paper with archival pigment inks, compared with the original in daylight and corrected until the colours match, and only then signed. When the last copy is sold, the edition closes for good.
The frame is not included unless the option says Framed Canvas. Not sure which size fits your wall? Write to me with the width of the furniture under it and I will suggest one. Reproduction rights remain with the artist.

Purchased for a wolf loving pre-teen boy, who also loves the color cyan. The order arrived quickly, which gave me enough time to get it matted and framed for Christmas. As we were pulling it out of the protective wrap and backer board at the store the clerk asked me if I had ordered 2 prints. I was a little puzzled, then she showed me a 5×7 of a Bald Eagle that was tucked in between the Wolf and the backer board! I about lost it right there in the store. The bald eagle was my father’s favorite animal and that week happed to have been the 8-year anniversary of his passing).
Our home is now the proud owner of not 1 but 2 beautiful pieces of artwork from SlaviART. One chilling in the son’s room and one over fireplace. We ended up placing the bald eagle piece and a picture of my dad in a custom matted frame together.
