A wolf looks at you for about half a second before it decides you are not interesting. I painted that half second, head-on, with the fur built from hundreds of fine strokes in grey, umber and a little blue, and the eyes in pale amber. It hangs in studies, cabins and more than a few teenagers’ rooms.
Each print is made in an edition of 150, and I sign and number every copy in pencil under the image. The edition is small so that every copy can be made properly: the file is scanned from the painting itself, printed on museum-quality cotton paper with archival pigment inks, compared with the original in daylight and corrected until the colours match, and only then signed. When the last copy is sold, the edition closes for good.
The frame is not included unless the option says Framed Canvas. Not sure which size fits your wall? Write to me with the width of the furniture under it and I will suggest one. Reproduction rights remain with the artist.

Absolutely stunning, even better in person than I expected. The paper itself is nice quality. The colours are so vibrant. And a small extra picture was included and it’s also adorable. Very happy with my purchase. Shipping was delayed, but it’s a long ways to travel and nothing to do with the seller, just the way of the world now.

Good quality artwork now hanging on my wall now. It arrived within just two days after clicking the order button on Etsy. Considering the distance I was impressed. It was well packaged along with the other one with a white tiger I orderd for a friend of mine to which I am sure he will be pleased once he receives it.

The boring bit: dispatched very quickly and, even with a delay at customs in Germany, the prints were delivered within a week.
The print is absolutely stunning. It uses textured paper and looks like an original! My mum was absolutely thrilled with it.
