A sea turtle seen from above, swimming up and to the left, with each plate of the shell painted as its own patch of orange and rust and the flippers and head patterned in cobalt and violet scales. Yellow, orange and blue dots are scattered round it like light on water. It is a landscape format and the warmest in colour of my three turtles. The blue sea turtle and the purple sea turtle are the others.
Why it is a limited edition
Each print is made in an edition of 150, and I sign and number every copy in pencil under the image. The edition is small so that every copy can be made properly: the file is scanned from the painting itself, printed on museum-quality cotton paper with archival pigment inks, compared with the original in daylight and corrected until the colours match, and only then signed. When the last copy is sold, the edition closes for good.
Paper, inks and sizes

The frame is not included unless the option says Framed Canvas. Not sure which size fits your wall? Write to me with the width of the furniture under it and I will suggest one. Reproduction rights remain with the artist.
