A barn owl coming straight at you with both wings spread, the heart-shaped face in the middle and the feathers of the wings painted in gold, orange and sienna with the barring drawn in a darker line. Behind it are turquoise, pink and yellow washes with drips and splatter. It is a landscape format. The barn owl portrait is the other one.
Each print is made in an edition of 150, and I sign and number every copy in pencil under the image. The edition is small so that every copy can be made properly: the file is scanned from the painting itself, printed on museum-quality cotton paper with archival pigment inks, compared with the original in daylight and corrected until the colours match, and only then signed. When the last copy is sold, the edition closes for good.
The frame is not included unless the option says Framed Canvas. Not sure which size fits your wall? Write to me with the width of the furniture under it and I will suggest one. Reproduction rights remain with the artist.
