A white Bull Terrier in profile, the egg-shaped head and the small triangular eye that make the breed unmistakable, painted as bare paper with lilac shadows against a background of violet, plum and orange that runs down in drips. The nose is black. It is a portrait format; the boy in the photo is holding the 16 x 20 in size. The Staffordshire Bull Terrier is the other bull breed.
Each print is made in an edition of 150, and I sign and number every copy in pencil under the image. The edition is small so that every copy can be made properly: the file is scanned from the painting itself, printed on museum-quality cotton paper with archival pigment inks, compared with the original in daylight and corrected until the colours match, and only then signed. When the last copy is sold, the edition closes for good.
The frame is not included unless the option says Framed Canvas. Not sure which size fits your wall? Write to me with the width of the furniture under it and I will suggest one. Reproduction rights remain with the artist.
