A puffin’s bill is only this colourful in summer. In winter the bright plates fall off and the bird goes grey, which almost nobody sees because by then it is far out at sea. I painted the summer bird, with the orange and blue bill done in flat clean washes and the black body left loose. It is the design people wear on holiday and then all year.
How the shirt is made
- Printed in my own studio on an Epson direct-to-garment printer, with water-based inks that bond with the cotton
- Premium 100% cotton, Oeko-Tex Standard 100 certified
- Women’s slim fit S to XL, unisex XS to XXL, kids 2 to 12 years, baby bodysuits 0 to 12 months
- Size chart in the gallery. Between two sizes, take the larger.
Care
Wash inside out at 30 °C, no bleach, no tumble dryer, iron inside out.
