A rainbow trout in profile, the pink stripe down the side, the green back with its black spots and the pale belly, painted in a landscape format. Behind the fish are washes of violet, orange, green and yellow with blue splashes and drips. It is bought mostly by people who fish for them, and it sits well with the blue marlin and the koi.
Each print is made in an edition of 150, and I sign and number every copy in pencil under the image. The edition is small so that every copy can be made properly: the file is scanned from the painting itself, printed on museum-quality cotton paper with archival pigment inks, compared with the original in daylight and corrected until the colours match, and only then signed. When the last copy is sold, the edition closes for good.

I never leave reviews but I am amazed at how beautiful this artwork is! I ordered the trout painting and when I showed my husband he said Wow! I sent a picture to my sisters and now they want to check out the shop. It is art that just makes you happy to be alive when you look at it. I plan on ordering other prints for my living room.
